The most important part of any body mind soul practice

Hello You,


In all of the activities and practices you've ever engaged in, whether it is a yoga class, meditations you've listened to, workshops you've signed up for. Have you ever really discovered the most important part of it?


The valuable takeaway that makes it all make sense. And by that I mean, makes the doing of all of those practices that you do worth it.


It starts with signing up, then actually getting yourself there. This is also an important part of it - making a start, taking time out just for you. A self-loving commitment to yourself.


And then you are guided into your being, your body, your emotions.... and whatever your unique experience brings you. Perhaps you feel gorgeously peaceful, perhaps more emotional, perhaps triggered.


But what do you take home with you in your body. In your being. How do you transport the state of being that you desire all the way home? Taking a piece of that practice with you.


When it disappears, how do you get it back?


At the end of my Dance it Out! class last week, I sat down and recorded this video especially to speak about that. The most important part of any kind of practice that you do.
